On February 28, Lai Chaohui, president of the Group, went to Baima Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hangzhou Binjiang to conduct research and guidance on the work of Zhejiang Branch. After listening to the report, President Lai Chaohui pointed out that the current macro-situation has changed greatly. The Ministry of Housing and Construction and the State Council have issued documents one after another to regulate the construction industry. Branches must recognize the situation, break away from extensive management methods, and complete the transformation and upgrading of management as soon as possible.

In view of how to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, President Lai Chaohui also put forward corresponding measures:

1. Changing business orientation, strengthening cooperation with government, state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and other credit-worthy units, and completing project collection in an efficient and timely manner;

2. Change the investment mode, fully consider the investment parameters such as wind control, financing and cash flow, and participate in EPC and PPP projects with larger profit margin according to the management requirements of the group company for direct-operated projects.

3. Strengthen team building, make full use of the platform of the group company, innovate work ideas and recruit excellent teams to meet the new model and new development needs of the enterprise;

4. Make practical work plan and pay attention to plan management. Branches should take full account of scale, brand, team, profit, new business, financial status, and so on. They should be excellent in standard setting, plan the development goals for the next three years every year, implement the annual assessment, constantly revise and find out the development path suitable for the branch.
